weiss ich mir nicht
wie ich aus dem Kern
zwischen böse und gut
zu dem was ich
im hier und jetzt
durch meine Lebenszeit
wirklich geworden bin
niemand ist der Beste
es gibt immer noch einen Besseren
trotz meinem täglichen Versuch
mich zu allem
als Wesen
als Mensch zu verbessern
ich lebe mein Leben
zwischen der Abhängigkeit
dem innen und aussen

- die kleinsten Dinge bedingen die grosse Aufmerksamkeit
- der Alltag kann schlecht und gut sein - und manchmal finde ich es wichtig mich aufzuregen - und in Wut zu geraten - was ich den anderen nicht auf dem Tablett servieren muss
